We barely ate maybe 3 or 4 rangoons( which were nothing but piles of cream cheese in some weird dough) and a couple of mushrooms. Went to get salad, took maybe two bites, and my friend sees a straight black hair in her food. She felt like she was going to be sick. We didn't eat anymore, and no longer wanted to. I wanted my money back, and the lady working refused. Charged me for one buffet instead of two, even though we didn't eat. Got rude and said something about three plates on table-and I pointed out they were all still full of food, because it was edible. Still refused. Told me supervisor wasn't in.February 25, 2017
